Ch. 868 KX Launcher
There was two people witnessing Linlin eat the children and Carmel.
One was a giant from Elbaf who was worried and came to see the kids. He returned to Elbaf and conveyed the news about Linlin's panic. This made the entire giant race hate Linlin even more furiously.
The other person was pirate wannabe cook who originally lived on the island, Streusen.
He was the user of the Kuku Kuku no Mi, which allowed him to change anything into the world into cooking materials. He helped Linlin establish the Big Mom Pirates.
End Flashback
Bege and the others face Big Mom and fire the launchers.
Another flashback
Carmel proposed to try to make this place their own country.
Carmel states that if this country exists, then the world will be able to become more peaceful.
After Carmel's disappearance, Linlin resolves to make this country that Carmel rejoiced about.

Because of this the giants of Elbaf viewed Linlin as evil more strongly than before.
The other one was a pirate who used to live on the island, a cook called Shutoroizen(?). He had the power to change anything in the world into ingredients (DF power) and with Linlin they formed the BM Pirates.
Another flashback
Carmel suggested that they make this place into their country. Carmel said that if this country existed in the world, the world would become a more peaceful place.
After Carmel disappeared, Linlin decided she wanted to created this peaceful country to make her happy.
Linlin realised she could now use Carmel's Soul fruit ability.
With the power of the Soul fruit she and Shutoroizen began an invasion.
The launchers break under the force of BM's scream and haki.
Plan failure.
Caesar rushed into the venue to get everyone out.
However the mirror gets broken by BM's scream too.
The alliance has nowhere to run
Bege turns into a giant fortress and everyone runs into his body to hide.

There were two people that witnessed how Linlin ate the other children and Mother Carmel.
One of them is a Giant from Elbaf who was concerned about the children, so came to check on them. He then returns to Elbaf and spreads them how truly fearsome Linlin is. And because of this, the Giant tribe grew a huge hatred against Linlin.
The other person who saw is a pirate + cook who was living at the island, and his name is Shetoroizen.
He is a devil fruit user of the "KuKuKuKu fruit" which allows him turn all things to ingredients. He is the one who created the Big Mom Pirate crew with inlin.
The flashback is over:
Bege and co fire the KX Launcher at Big Mom.
Flashback starts again:
Carmel suggets that this place should become their own kingdom. She goes on to say that if the world could become like their country then all places would become peaceful.
After Carmel's disappearance, Linlin decides that she wants to create a country that would make Carmel proud. After a while, she manages to master the SoulSoul fruit. And using that ability, Linlin and Shetoroizen start to conquer countries.
Flashback over:
Big Mom's scream and her haki destroy the KX Launcher before it hits her.
The plan failed, so Ceasar attempts to start their escape plan. However, Big Mom's scream destroys the mirror they wanted to use. As they have nowhere to escape to, Bege uses his ability to turn himself into a huge castle and hides them inside his body.

カルメル失踪後、彼女に喜んでもらうべく平和の国をつくろうと決心するリンリン
気付けば彼女はカルメルが使っていたソルソルの能力を扱えるようになっていた
ソルソルの実の力を振るいシュトロイゼンと共に侵攻を開始する
回想おわり
マムの絶叫による風圧と覇気によってランチャーの弾は着弾する前に破壊された
作戦失敗、みんなを逃がすべく会場に突入するシーザー
だが脱出用の鏡もまたマムの叫びによって割れてしまう
逃げ場が無くなり追いつめられた連合軍、ベッジは能力によって巨大な城に変身し皆を体内へ避難させる
